Adult Education Block Grant Framework

Cabinet

The California Community College Chancellor’s Office (CCCCO) and the California Department of Education (CDE) jointly established an AB 86 Cabinet of eight members, four from each agency, to guide and oversee the activities of a Work Group who will develop a comprehensive Certification of Eligibility (COE) to fund planning and implementation grants.
