2017 Transformational Leadership Symposium

On October 12 and 13, 2017, AEBG Consortium Leads/Directors convened for a two-day Transformation Leadership Symposium in Sacramento, CA. The goal of the two-day leadership symposium was to train Consortium Directors on how to lead and support program and fiscal management activities. Some of the presentations included policy changes, defining member effectiveness, and what AEBG will look like in 2020.
