  • Measuring Our Success: Data and Accountability Systems and Common Assessment in the California Adult Education Block Grant
Assembly Bill 104, Section 84920 requires the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office (CCCCO) and the California Department of Education (CDE) to identify common measures for determining the effectiveness of members of each consortium. In response to this requirement, the AEBG Office released this report.  In order to develop this report, the AEBG Office convened field teams to address the complexities of establishing consistent, statewide data on populations that had previously not been fully included in agency accountability systems. The report describes the reporting elements and processes, data definitions, and assessment policies that emerged from this process.
