AB104 requires that the Chancellor and the State Superintendent of Public Instruction identify the measures for assessing the effectiveness of consortia that will be used in the report that, pursuant to Section 84917, is to be submitted by Sep 30, 2016. AEBG Funding - Where's My Money??

The Adult Education Block Grant Legislation
