Student Data Collection Guidance
The student data will be entered via the AEBG Portal by August 1, 2016. The AEBG Office will host webinars throughout June and July to help consortia have a better understanding on the data collection instructions and how to file the data in the AEBG Portal. AEBG 16-17 Student Data Collection instructions are in the works and hopefully will be released in the fall to help you plan in advance for the next school year. Consortia Fiscal Administration Declaration
The Consortium Fiscal Administration Declaration (CFAD) Reporting Template enumerates and describes required elements for the Consortium Fiscal Administration Declaration due by May 2, 2017. It is intended to support Consortia coordinate and plan their responses in advance of the reporting window. Consortia primary contacts can access the CFAD through the AEBG Consortia Portal. Access to the AEBG Portal is limited to the Consortium Primary Contact or their designated representative. AEBG Measures of Effectiveness Report
AB104 requires that the Chancellor and the State Superintendent of Public Instruction identify the measures for assessing the effectiveness of consortia that will be used in the report that, pursuant to Section 84917, is to be submitted by September 30, 2016. Included in this report are measures for assessing consortium effectiveness, member effectiveness, and performance outcomes. CLICK HERE to see the complete report.
